Our docents go through a rigorous training program that provides them with knowledge of not only the vehicles themselves, but the history of the people and the companies that created them.
Docent training is comprised of four distinct components: classroom instruction, vehicle specific study, tour shadowing and peer evaluation. Utilizing this intensive training, docents guide our guests through the collection’s four thematic galleries (Automobility, Vitesse, Revs and Porsche) weaving together each vehicle’s individuality, societal impact, and historical importance; thus bringing the collection to life.
