This hands-on experience is designed for you, the beginner automotive enthusiast, to learn how an engine works, meet new automotive friends, learn about simple hand tools, basic engine care, and ultimately what makes an engine GO. Held in Revs Institute’s pristine restoration workshop, this course will have you firing potato guns, playing with electricity, and exploring the magic behind a car’s operation. You will:

      • Learn how an engine works
      • Meet like-minded enthusiasts
      • Get greasy fast
      • Discover the magic of machines
      • Hear engines roar
      • Experience the feeling of mechanical mastery

COURSE INFORMATION

4 classes, 8 hours of guided instruction
SESSION 1: February 15, 17, 22, 24: 6–8 pm
SESSION 2: February 19, 26 & March 5, 12: 9:30–11:30 am
COST: $159/per person
AGE LIMIT: 18 years or older if not accompanied by a parent/guardian; 14 years if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept anyone under the age of 14.
