With more than 30 years of global executive leadership across luxury consumer goods, hospitality, and complex operations, Jonathan Witmer brings disciplined execution to realize Revs’ future. He has served as CEO of WestPoint Home, Kravet, and Donghia, held global leadership roles at Fiskars Group and Waterford, and led product and commercial operations at Bausch & Lomb across the Americas.

Witmer came to Revs for a specific challenge: building a world-class cultural institution with the same operational rigor as a global enterprise. His approach reflects a clear belief that modern nonprofits must operate fluently across both public and private equity mindsets, balancing mission, governance, scale, and sustainability.
