Maria Hayes

Maria Hayes is Vice President of Finance at Revs Institute, bringing more than three decades of financial leadership with a specialized focus on nonprofit organizations. A Florida native, Maria began her career in Tampa before relocating to Naples, where she advanced from Controller to Director of Accounting at Bentley Village. In 2002, she founded Maria P. Hayes CPA & Associates, PLLC, providing accounting, financial consulting, and strategic planning services to nonprofit organizations throughout Southwest Florida. Her firm supported churches, The United Way, the Naples Chamber of Commerce, and other community organizations with financial reporting, grant management, budgeting, tax compliance, human resources, and audit preparation. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree with a Fifth Year in Accountancy from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Financial Manager (CFM). She remains committed to continuing education in nonprofit financial management and is passionate about strengthening organizations that serve their communities.
