Thomas Longe

Mr. Tom Longe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Trianon Companies, which is involved in the development & management of commercial, hospitality and residential real estate. Tom is also the Manager/Director of Trianon Investments, LLC which is a financial consulting and private investment firm. He is an Independent Director of publicly traded HOME BANCSHARES, INC. (NYSE:HOMB), a $24 billion in assets bank holding company, where he serves on the Audit/Risk and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees. He is the former Chairman, CEO and President of TIB Financial Corporation (“TIB Financial”) (NASDQ:TIBB), which was a publicly traded bank holding company in Florida with $1.8 billion in assets.

Tom began his career as a loan officer and credit analyst at Bank One, Columbus, N.A. and Comerica Bank. He graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the University of Detroit with a Master of Business Administration. Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in banking, real estate development, and financial management as well as experience managing publicly held companies. Tom is a motorsports enthusiast, car collector and instrument rated pilot. He has owned and sponsored race car teams that have participated in SCCA and IMSA events.
